Physical activity across the life course
We conduct research on physical activity across the life course. We aim to identify the determinants of physical activity, inactivity and sedentary behavior, and to provide solutions to increase physical activity and decrease sedentary behaviour. The effects of physical activity and sedentary behaviour on wellbeing, health and other factors are examined during the life course.
